Sí. Entrar a veure l’ídol, participar en els ritus i viure la celebració a Barcelona és totalment gratuït i obert a tothom: una setmana multicultural, no un acte tancat de comunitat.

Sí. No cal ser bengalí ni hindú. És una trobada entre comunitats a la Barcelona multicultural: veïns, amistats i qui tingui curiositat són benvinguts.

Els infants són benvinguts. Menors de 5 anys, de franc. De 5 a 12 anys hi ha entrada infantil si volen dinar i activitats.

Puja principal: Carrer de Buenaventura Muñoz 6 — Metro Arc de Triomf (L1).

Les entrades són per a accés garantit, dinar i altres activitats. Van de 35 € a 65 €.

All tickets except the day pass are valid for every day of the puja (17–21 October 2026).

Fill in the registration form, then transfer the total to Bengali Cultural Association (Santander). In the transfer concept write your name and the word Donation.

You will get a confirmation email. Tickets follow after we verify the payment.

Let’s be direct: entry is free, but putting together a major cultural festival in Barcelona is expensive.

This is not only for our community. Durga Puja here is a cross-community, cross-country celebration of core culture — Bengali tradition shared through multicultural activities that anyone in the city can walk into. Barcelona is multicultural, and promoting multicultural activities is always welcome.

Securing the venue, covering transport and handling for authentic materials, logistics, permits, and equipment require heavy operational spending. As a non-profit association, we rely entirely on voluntary donations and chanda to cover these costs. If visitors enjoy the experience without contributing, the math simply does not work. Your donations are what keep this multicultural celebration running abroad.

Your money goes straight into operational survival in Barcelona. You can choose to support specific micro-sponsorships to see your direct impact:

• Infrastructure: Fund venue setup, lighting, and audio equipment.
• Art & Tradition: Contribute directly to ceremonial and logistical expenses.
• Community: Support the ingredients and logistics for community meals, and the multicultural activities that bring people together across communities and countries.

You can give at the designated donation desk inside the venue or register your contribution directly through our website. Give what you can, but give with intent — support the ecosystem that makes this cross-community, cross-country week of multicultural activities possible in Barcelona so it continues to thrive.

No. It is as much core culture as ritual. In Kolkata it is built in public: pandals, lighting, food, and neighbourhood art that anyone can walk through, regardless of faith.

That is how we hold it in Barcelona too — a multicultural city where cross-community, cross-country celebration and multicultural activities are part of civic life.

The Bengali Cultural Association Barcelona is a registered non-profit founded in 2022. We keep Bengali core culture alive in Spain through cross-community, cross-country events and multicultural activities that Barcelona welcomes. Durga Puja is our loudest week; we also mark Poila Boisakh, Rabindra Jayanti, and gatherings through the year.
